Before joining proQtech, Miszka was employed in demanding shift work. The challenges he faced were not only restricted to the inherent physical exertion involved, his work environment was often highly stressful, characterised by impersonal bosses and a lot of pressure.

During this time, Miszka was particularly motivated to find the best way out of this situation for his family, especially for his young son. Hence, switching to proQtech was a welcome change for Miszka. At proQtech, we saw past this background and recognised his ambition instead.

Miszka was given a chance to develop his skills in sales. Today, as a Key Account Manager, he attends to his customer contacts and acquires new customers, making a decisive decisive contribution to direct sales.
