Before joining proQtech, Michael was employed in demanding shift work. The challenges he faced were not restricted to the physical exertion involved; his work environment was often highly stressful, characterized by impersonal bosses and a lot of pressure. During this time, Michael was particularly motivated to find the best way forward for his family, especially for his young son. Switching to proQtech was a welcome change for Michael. At proQtech, we saw past his previous professional background and recognized his ambition instead.

Michael was given a chance to develop his skills in sales. Today, as Key Account Manager, he attends to his customer contacts, acquires new customers and makes a decisive contribution to direct sales. Our focus was not on Michael’s career to date, but rather on his aspirations, his passion & his ambition. Michael is a prime example of how flexibility and the right attitude can lead to real career opportunities at proQtech. At proQtech, we not only focus on qualifications, but on passion and ambition as well.

Our regular team meals and annual Christmas party are testimony to a culture where camaraderie and collaboration are highly valued. We’re especially proud of our participation in the 2023 XLETIX charity run – an opportunity for us to not only work together as a team, but also to donate together in support of sports for people with disabilities.

The summer strategy conference on the Rhine and the leisurely hike in the vineyards are examples of how we combine productivity with relaxation. And the best part of it all?
